There is no training available for this application. No documents or user guides are available on the official website. I have tried to look on 3rd parties as well to no availability. In situations like this one, all you can do is to contact the developer of this application. Use the details on the Contact Us page and then call or email him. If you already have the software, he should offer you training guides and manuals (if there are available).
The answer to the question is: To save a program, you can use the "Save" option in the File menu.
